Since the platform works so well, these questions are not really common, but just in case:
- Is the transaction secure?
Payment is made through the Sendowl platform via Stripe or Paypal – with SSL and encryption – Stripe is PCI compliant - I want to download to multiple devices. How can I do it?
- In the purchase confirmation email, click the link to download it again (maximum of 10 downloads within a 6-month period from the date of purchase).
- I haven’t received my purchase confirmation email. What happened?
First of all, it may take 15 minutes to arrive after purchase;
Second, please check your spam folder, as the email sometimes ends up there;
If you really don’t have it, go to the “About” page on this blog and send me an email using the contact form. I had a case where a customer entered the wrong email address. - I downloaded the eBook to my iPad and I can’t find it anywhere. Where did he go?
